Organised by:  

Major objectives:

  • To provide telecentres practitioners a chance to gain practical skills and learn about new services that can be used to improve their services;
  • To develop concrete strategies for enhancing the spirit of networking, peer-to-peer learning and collaboration amongst telecentre practitioners in Europe through Telecentre.Europe network;
  • To search for common solutions to challenges faced by telecentre practitioners in Europe such as telecentre sustainability, access quality volunteer services, benchmarking and project evaluation, fundraising at the European Union;
  • To encourage the development of concrete collaborative activities that offer solutions to telecentre challenges.
