During the presentation will be outlined the information concerning project of CRPC on distance selling in the internet and examining home pages of the intenet shops, requirements those internet vendors should meet, as well as brief summary regarding requirements of Publicity law and Law of Prohibition of Unfair Commercial practices, that should be considered developing and displaying the information and advertisemets in the internet.

Prezentācijas ietvaros tiks sniegta informācija par PTAC veikto projektu interneta veikalu uzraudzībai, tā laikā galvenajām konstatētajiem pārkāpumiem un projekta rezultātiem, prasībām, kuras ir jāievēro interneta veikaliem, kā arī sniegts īss ieskats par Negodīgas komercprakses aizlieguma likuma, kā arī Reklāmas likuma prasībām, kas būtu jāievēro, veidojot informāciju un reklāmas internetā.
